Be careful with the spice levels. Our spice levels are hotter than most. The listed medium (3) is hot and the mild plus (2) is actually more like a medium.
 

Vegan and gluten free indicators are at the end of the listed ingredients for each dish with a V and/or a GF.
 

Vegan protein options are tofu, tempeh or extra vegetables. The vegan tofu is pan fried and the tempeh is deep fried but in a frier that has just been cleaned and fresh vegetable oil added.
 

The only vegan curry is yellow curry because all the other curries use an imported curry paste from Thailand that contain some shrimp in them.
 

All pad thai dishes are gluten free although our pad thai cannot be made gluten free and vegan. A choice must be one or the other.
 

If you are ordering a regular pad thai with extra vegetable it is best to order Eugene pad thai because the regular pad thai doesn't have many vegetables to be extra of in the first place.
